This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Our home is on the property, which we have owned since 1983. It's always a quiet and peaceful place. This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river.
