To better accommodate for these common annoyances of the outdoors, we provide bug spray, diffusers, propane heaters, powered fans, and more. Base camp to your Sinks Canyon and the Wind River mountain excursions. 1 queen bed and an 82" non-pullout sofa will sleep up to 3 adults. This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. The towns of Dubois and Cody, along with Yellowstone National Park, are close enough for a day trip. This cozy cottage is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please.
