Raine’s House - Fort William

A luxury holiday home with stunning views of the mountains including the majestic Ben Nevis! We’re an ideal base to explore Fort William “the outdoor capital of the UK” and its surrounding attractions such as: Ben Nevis Glencoe Nevis Range Glenfinnan viaduct Jacobite steam train We’re located just 2kms (5 minute drive) from Fort William town centre in a popular area. An ideal location to miss the busy traffic of the town centre, but still be very close to it. Free parking at the front door!

Highland loch-side, 2 bed house with amazing view.

"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Invergarry, between Skye, Fort William & Inverness

Come and relax in this cosy and stylish newly built house. Built by the hosts who have lived in the area for a number of years, this new home (completed October 2021) offers wonderful views and tranquility but is only a short walk to the village of Invergarry. A convenient 15 minute walk from Fort William town centre in a quiet and attractive residential area. It is a great spot from which to explore Ben Nevis and our surrounding mountains and glens. Ski at Nevis Range or visit the beautiful beaches of Arisaig. Take a day trip to Skye or Oban or hop on our famous Jacobite / Harry Potter steam train.

Situated between the Glencoe hills and Loch Leven, Yatter Whaup House, is a stunning self contained property offering two beautiful double bedrooms and a twin bedded room each with ensuite shower and/or bath. There is a dramatic upstairs sitting room with panoramic views of the hills and Loch and a bright modern kitchen dining room with additional lounge area. The whole house offers spectacular views of our amazing surroundings. Walking, wildlife and water; just add yourselves! You’ll love it!

Glencoe Hollybank & outdoor Sauna Glen Etive

Situated at the end of stunning Glen Etive, Hollybank overlooks Loch Etive and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. Sleeping 8, it has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. Ideally suited to those who enjoy seclusion and the outdoors, there are many trails and paths from outside the door, and Glencoe Mountain Ski Resort is nearby. Glenetive can get busy with tourists during the season who want to share the beautiful views and wildlife that the Glen has to offer.

Set in the heart of Fort William, in the quiet but central village of Inverlochy. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, bus station and town centre. It is a 5 minute walk to the historical site of Inverlochy Castle. The house boasts spectacular views of Ben Nevis, Glen Nevis and the Jacobite Railway track. There is free on the street parking. There is a take-away and bike hire shop in the village of Inverlochy. Supermarkets M&S,Aldi are only a short walk from the house .

With the shops and restaurants of Broadford, Skye's second largest village within walking distance, its the perfect base to explore Skye and Lochalsh.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Just a 5 minute walk to the Caledonian Canal, Neptunes Staircase and Banavie Train Station. Stravaig is only a 10 minute drive to Fort William town centre and Nevis Range.
