This cozy upstairs studio apartment is 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, & a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital. It's close to shopping & restaurants, yet has a country feel. WE HAVE PARKING SPACE FOR ONLY 1 REGULAR-SIZED VEHICLE. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property. We don't want to breathe the smoke, nor do we want to endanger future guests who have allergies. If you smoke, we kindly ask that you choose another place to stay. We do not allow animals
