Cosy Cornish Annex, Fowey (with parking)

Welcome to our annex, perfect for a couple/small family. We are on the outskirts of beautiful Fowey, 1 km from the beach & parking for 1 vehicle. Our master bedroom has a king sized bed, & the smaller bedroom has two single beds. Beautiful oak floors sweep through & the en-suite has an electric shower with underfloor heating. The small oak kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, fridge, microwave & 2 bar stools. There is wifi and a 21 inch smart TV. Bifold doors open into a garden seating area.

Excellent location in Fowey with parking

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
