Our apartment sits right on the shores of Lough Conn in the heart of County Mayo, offering breathtaking views across the water and islands, with Nephin Mountain as your backdrop. Set on a private and secluded lakeside property, you can stroll along our sandy beach, wander through woodlands, reconnect with nature, swim in the lake, cast a line, or make friends with our donkeys. Complete with a private hot tub, sauna and private jetty to have a dip. A perfect base for touring the west of Ireland.

Spacious newly renovated cottage located in peaceful Mayo countryside, close to popular fishing lakes, 30 mins from Ireland West Airport, 15 mins from Castlebar, 25 mins from Ballina and 5 mins from the Green Way located at Tourlough House and Country Life Museum. Pontoon freshwater beach is 10 mins drive, Ennischrone, Killalla and Westport are 30 mins away and boast fabulous beaches. The house sleeps 8 people and is newly renovated. Mini bus available to book for airport transfers and outings.

Although shops, restaurants and pubs are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded and on the foxford walk way...

The Lodge Mountain View Log Cabin Attymass Ballina

The Lodge Mountainview is a short scenic trip off the Wild Atlantic Way, This brand new log cabin is situated at the foot of the Ox Mountains in the village of Attymass which is a place of mountains and lakes and breath taking scenery. There is a newly opened loop walk which passes Ballymore lake with breath taking views, for the more experienced walker The Foxford way has amazing views and goes along the Ox Mountains. If its cycling why not bring your bikes/bike for a trek around the area.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

This modern yet homely first floor apartment sits on the bank of the river Moy in the centre of Foxford. The two bedrooms, one with an en-suite, are furnished with comfortable beds and pure cotton linen. The living space is bright and spacious with a galley kitchen. Viewing the river from the living room is therapeutic. Foxford’s amenities are a short walk, Foxford Woollen Mills is next door. Nearby is world-class fishing, walks, cycleways, mountains, beaches, museums and visitor centres.

This is a lovely old style cottage attached to an Authentic local Irish Pub. It is self contained with front and rear entrances and parking. There are two open fireplaces. A great choice for a large family group, a group of friends, or a couple. Knock Ireland West International Airport is approx 30 mins away. There are woods, lakes and amazing beaches very close by. Ballina Town is only 8km away. Combine your stay with the perfect pint of Guinness and a chat with the locals, next door!

Our comfy cottage is an ideal space for families and groups (pet friendly), seeking a peaceful getaway, a fishing trip or discovering beautiful Mayo.

Relax in our 3 bed home 5 km outside Ballina, Co. Mayo. 8 minute drive to Ballina town with restaurants bars shops etc. 2 minute drive to Great National Hotel Ballina and Mount Falcon estate with spa, bar and restaurant facilities. Mount falcon also have lovely walks, a lake and kids playground. House is enclosed for safety of children, with a sandpit, blackboard chalk to help keep the kids entertained so you can sit and relax in the sun!
