It's quite magical at nighttime. Enjoy sitting with the natural gas fire pit, overlooking the beautiful, wooded property. The apartment has private parking that is next to the garage. Location is 15 minutes/6 miles from downtown TC. Close to VASA & Tart biking trails, beaches, wineries, distilleries & Flintfields Horse Park.

Located just 15 miles south of Traverse City. My husband and I live in the upper level of the home.

Beautiful sunrises at the private Guest Suite (the lower level of my home) nestled in the woods on Stevens Lake. Loons, birds, turkeys, bald eagle and deer may surprise you. Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms, bath and family room with fully stocked kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Private locking sliding glass door opens to the patio, gas grill, hammock and fire pit overlooking the lake. A steep walking trail and steps down to the lakefront access the dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat & life jackets.

It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.
