The Underwood Tiny House - with private hotub

Fall into the rabbit hole to experience our unique twist on a Wonderland inspired tiny house. Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

Beach Town Escape - Newly-Remodeled & Gorgeous!

Beach Town Escape is an absolutely adorable cottage that has been completely remodeled during 2019-2020! It has matching vibrant beach tones throughout the entire home and echoes a very fun and cheerful atmosphere for all! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an upstairs living area that basically functions as a third bedroom with 2 twin-size beds. The cottage has WiFi, live streaming television, and DirecTV. It's in a nicely quiet and safe location, but still close to downtown and the beach.

Glamping Cabin #1, Woodland North

Immerse yourself in nature with this unique platform-style glamping stay. With screen walls and a clear roof you will be able to fully enjoy the sites and sounds of nature day and night. Nestled in a 60ac hardwood forest in one of the most scenic areas of Northwest Michigan, you are just a stones throw away from all the area has to offer. From biking to hiking, kayaking to fishing, you'll have a great night's rest in tranquil peace before you enjoy the great North. Minutes away from Frankfort.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Cozy Lake Street Retreat

Kick back and enjoy this updated, wooded retreat. It is just up the hill from Crystal Lake, and the Betsie Valley Trail, and is close to beaches, rivers, Crystal Mt., shopping, dining, breweries, hospitals, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore! The well appointed upper level kitchen opens to the dining/living area, all with lovely views of the woods, and some seasonal peeks of Crystal Lake. For privacy, there is a bed/bath on each level. Relax on the decks, or warm up by the fire pit.

Carol's Cabin

Easy location to find as we are right on Frankfort Hwy. 3 miles from downtown Frankfort and Lake Michigan, only a 8 minute walk from Crystal Lake. Enjoy bicycle riding we are less than a mile from the paved bike path/rails to trails, 15 miles from Crystal Mnt. Entering your cabin you will enjoy a new memory foam, queen-sized bed in a private studio cabin. Featuring a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and free fast wifi! Clean bed linens, towels, pots/pans, dishes/utensils provided.

The Penthouse Suite

Enjoy all four seasons with beautiful panoramic views. A private suite with kitchenette, full bath, bar area with 2 stools. Near wineries, beaches, hiking, biking and Sleeping Bear National Park & Lake Michigan. Herring Lake across the street. Also included is dock access (for walking/sitting) and kayaks at your own risk. Crystal Mountain fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.

Peaceful private getaway on Lake Michigan

Relax and enjoy this fully renovated, unique and tranquil getaway. The updated 2nd floor lakefront retreat is cozy and functional. The space features an open layout that seamlessly combines the living area, kitchen, dining and bath. You will have full use of the suite which is closed off from the main house making it truly private. Reservations for 2026 can be booked starting in 2026 when all dates will be open for booking. Enjoy hiking our 85 acres with almost 3,000 feet of Betsie River frontage *steep hill. We are adjacent to a 35 acre municipal park with a playground, disc golf course and a Veteran's Memorial Site. Lots of quaint stores, restaurants and skiing within 10 miles.
