An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Private Couples Apartment (~550 sqft) on part of 2nd floor with Lake Michigan views and 100' from Frankfort Public beach (there is 1 house between us and the beach). This 1904 house was gutted to the studs and completely restored in 2020/2021. Outside deck and firepit area for guest use. One of the nicest beach towns in Michigan, so you can leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, walk to town, or bike the Betsie trail. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.
