Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

If you are looking for a laid-back, quiet getaway, then Family Tides is the place for you. If you are looking for a wild & crazy party atmosphere, you won't find it here

Welcome to 'EVENTIDE", our cozy Cottage at the magical 8-acre Jasmine-by-the-Sea Retreat! Located 15 min away from St.George Island and Dog Island, 5 min away from Carrabelle Beach and 15 min away from St.James Bay golf course and the beautiful historic town of Apalachicola, we are located in a prime location! We are nestled in a secluded, private, fenced-in property with ocean views, surrounded by gorgeous gardens and with access to a small private beach.

Taradise

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
