Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

Cozy 1-bedroom cabin in the woods

Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

The Red Cabin at Split Rock

Our cabin provides comfort, privacy and a convenient base for exploring nearby Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and the surrounding area. A historic ice house dating back to the early 1900s, the cabin has been renovated to feature a cozy loft, bathroom and comfortable indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Nestled in a quiet, wooded setting with easy access to hiking trails, paddling, and local shops, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a peaceful getaway.

Third floor non smoking apartment . The kitchenette contains a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster oven,Keurig coffee maker. Private bathroom, off street parking for one vehicle only. Additional vehicles must be parked in the village lot. Walk to downtown,10 miles to Lake Placid, plenty of outdoor recreation such as hiking and kayaking nearby. Access to the Adirondack Rail Trail is nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

Camp Timberock

Camp Timberock is a fully furnished and well stocked three bedroom Adirondack cabin nestled among the towering trees. Our cabin is a short walk to a the association's sandy beach and swimming area and an association owned boat launch from which you can explore Fish Creek Pond, Upper Saranac Lake and the Saint Regis Canoe Area. Timberock is conveniently located within an easy travel to Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and all that the Adirondack Wilderness Area has to offer.

The Library at Camp Arden

Do you love books enough to sleep with them? Step into the Library at Camp Arden, furnished with one-of-a-kind antiques and collectibles. Curl up with your favorite book and take in the light of antique stained glass and the sounds of the Adirondacks gently wafting through the window. Take a paddle on Carpenter Pond with a provided canoe, or snuggle by the fire outside your door by your own fire-pit. No matter what you do, Camp Arden is waiting to help you enjoy the Adirondacks.

The Nest

Your year round base-camp for activities, events, or just relaxing in the Adirondacks. This stylish brand new one-bedroom apartment is perfect for group trips or if the two of you want to get away by yourselves, also featuring a queen size bed with a Dreamcloud mattress in the private bedroom with a TV, and one sofa bed and a couch to accommodate more in your group if others are joining you. The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.
