Hyggeligt hus ved skov og strand– perfekt til afslapning. Huset er ikke nybygget eller perfekt – her og der vil du finde små skavanker, som vidner om liv og historie. Det er måske ikke luksus, men det er hyggeligt, hjemligt og fyldt med personlighed. Vi håber, du vil føle dig lige så godt tilpas her, som vi gør. Værd at nævne Gåafstand til Louisiana og kort tur til København med tog eller langs smukke Strandvejen. Have med trampolin og solkroge. Hund tilladt – skoven lige udenfor er hundeskov.

Skøn rummelig og lys lejlighed med dejlig møbleret terrasse. Lækkert indrettet, dertil egen carport. Lejligheden er beliggende 350 m fra tog station, det tager 25 min at komme ind til KBH centrum. Golfklub og Kokkedal slot ligger i baghaven. Der er skov og strand i gå afstand. Der er et meget stærkt nabofællesskab i bebyggelsen, alle er søde og venlige. Den optimale feriebolig for dig der gerne vil opleve den intense energi i København og stadig have naturen, skønheden og roen der hvor du bor.

Huset er en hyggelig ramme for afslapning og et centralt beliggende udgangspunkt for eventyr. Der er en solrig terrasse, frodig have og en hyggelig stue med brændeovn. Huset er stilfuldt indrettet med vægt på personlighed, fortællinger og dansk hygge. 4 gode soveværelser og en sovesofa i stuen. 2 toiletter og 1 bad. 30 min til KBH, 15 min til Helsingør og gåafstand til gode strande og flot bøgeskov. Der er alle praktiske faciliteter og området er meget roligt og nemt fremkommeligt.

Charmerende bolig midt i Nordsjælland – gåafstand til hyggelige cafeer, badestrand, havn, fantastisk natur, museer. 5 minutters gang til tog til København/Helsingør Høj kælderlejlighed i mit hus på stille villavej. A small bathing jetty is just a few houses away, and several beaches are within walking distance. Only 100 meters to the charming Sletten Harbour with an ice cream shop and Restaurant Sletten. Louisiana Museum is a 15-minute walk away. Cafés, grocery stores – just 35 minutes by train to Copenhagen.

Welcome to our holiday haven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean views while you make yourself at home with all of the modern amenities that you need. The master bedroom opens up to a terrasse overlooking the sea. In addition, there are two kids rooms and an extra bedroom with a double bed. There are three bathrooms, all including a shower. There is a spacious private beach with a private bathing jetty and furniture for dining, lounging and enjoying your day at the waters edge.

Welcome to our cozy annex in a quiet neighborhood in Vallerød. Close to the beach, Rungsted Harbor, an ice skating rink, swimming pool, and Hørsholm Sports Park, it’s ideal for relaxation and activities. The annex includes a spacious kitchen/living area with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds, plus space for a travel cot. The bathroom has a shower, and a washing machine is available. Perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay!
