Either way you look at it you are centrally located within walking distance. On a private road it is not only private, it is quiet. There is a quaint bakery at the top of Boundary Street to the right and to the left there are 2 restaurants, and the local band hot spot. You will find this spot VERY spacious as it is a 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen that is almost 1000 sq ft.

The River House is located on the Monocacy River with the Monocacy National Battlefield on the opposite shore. Downtown Frederick, Maryland is just 3 miles away. A brick charcoal barbecue grill is offered for outdoor grilling. There are 3 units available in the River House. This is the largest and includes a full modern kitchen with island seating for 5, 2 full baths, washer/dryer and sleeps 5 comfortably. The property is served by T-Mobile high speed internet. The Villa is not pet friendly.

This small, comfortable 235 sq ft efficiency apartment is Located on beautiful Mountaindale road just 3 miles back roads to Springfield Manor Winery and wedding venue Also located 1/2 mile below the Frederick Watershed With ride out and walk out to some of the best mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking in Maryland. A nice outside covered fire pit with plenty of wood and a tranquil creek across the street. no stove. There is a microwave, toaster ,hot plate for cooking & outdoor grill

One queen bed and one twin sleigh bed accommodate 3 in an efficiency floor plan [not separate rooms]; with full period bath and kitchen with marble breakfast bar. Most recent 3 reviews are 5 stars, reflecting our commitment in this charming, budget friendly listing. Photos are accurate, this is a very sunny and well kept cottage-y 1 BR apartment with a very comfortable bed, balcony and full kitchen. Back stairs are old but not fragile, front stairs available if preferred. Retaliatory review in Jan 2026 reflects guest’s complaint that extra guest, extra car and marijuana use was not accommodated to her liking, no one hovered or harassed her.
