Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Renovated 3 bedroom apartment in a 1880s Victorian home. This unit is truly an experience, with its 9 and 10 foot tall ceilings, soaker tub with antique fixtures, and beautiful original trim and mouldings, you will get the old Victorian charm with all the modern day amenities. This humble and clean private room (200 square feet) with private entrance is located within 5 min walk of downtown Fredericton and 10 min walk from UNB. This unit is located in the back of our riverfront house. It is part of a big house on Waterloo Row, by the Wolastoq River and near the walking bridge. Perfect for guests who want to be close to downtown without paying too much.

Two generously sized bedrooms with smart TVs and queen beds offer a comfortable nights rest.
