Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

The King’s Tea

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment (one king bed and one full size bed) + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 square feet originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion.
