The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

Take a 300m walk to beautiful South Beach, and find award winning bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs even closer. Fremantle centre is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive.
