There is a large private deck behind the cabin with a dining set, gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. A large Ingles grocery store and several restaurants are open nearby. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

The patio features a fire ring, BBQ grill (BYO charcoal). Adirondack chairs and a picnic table! Duraflame logs are highly recommended for outdoor fire pit. The gas stove in the kitchen is not available. It is not safe for people who are not familiar with how to use one. Internet TV.

In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest. Situated among the lush mountain laurel, native rhododendron and moss covered yard at a cool elevation of 3500 feet. We area a pet friendly rental with a limit of 2 pets per visit but NO pet fee because we have found that pet owners are very considerate of our cute cabin so thank you and enjoy your stay.
