Nestled in the heart of the Argyle Community, this bright winterized cottage is available to guests all year. With the OFSC trails out front, sledders can enjoy their favourite winter pastime. Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Autumn is the most colourful time here, and absolutely beautiful! Come and relax anytime of the year!

Book your stay now at @Long_Lake_Waterfront_Cottage — a beautifully renovated cottage right on Long Lake and mere steps from the four season premier destination known as Kivi Park. Activities available at the park are plentiful and include hiking trails, walking paths, scenic running, mountain biking, fat biking, skating, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, and swimming at Crowley Lake. Equipment for most activities can be rented at the Kivi Park Chalet or you can bring your own.

(Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket - bring an extra blanket in cooler weather. This beautiful cottage which is overlooking lake Nipissing is located on a peninsula. It accommodates comfortably 8 people. It has a huge fully equipped kitchen open concept to the living room and 2 full washrooms one on each level. There is plenty of parking and a gorgeous "U" shaped dock for various water activities. This home is located near the town of St-Charles which has all your amenities (Groceries, LCBO, pharmacy).

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
