Ce logement dispose d’une magnifique cuisine américaine toute équipée, une salle de bain avec douche italienne+baignoire en îlot et double vasque, une pièce à vivre avec canapé-lit 2 places, clim mobile, cheminée électrique, un grand dressing et une mezzanine de 90cm de hauteur avec lit double. Ce logement dispose de tout le confort pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.

Cosy & comfortable flat for 2 guests right in the center of old town Antibes. The flat is directly across from the Cathedral and just steps away from the Picasso Museum and the Provençal market. The main room features a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, dining area and niche with desk and shelves if you need to work. A spiral staircase takes you to a quiet bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. Bedding and towels are provided. Strong WIFI and AC.

The unit is oriented East and offers unobstructed views on the Old Harbor, Cap de Nice and the sea that you can enjoy from the patio, the sofa, the dining table or even your bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

Il est situé 20 mn à pied de la corniche et plage ainsi que du centre-ville vieux port. Vos nuits seront dans les étoiles et vous serez réveillés par les cloches de la basilique. Une terrasse de 50 M2 pour prendre vos petits déjeuner et repas au dessus de la ville et la mer. Fêtes interdites et bruits entre 23 h et 7 h aussi. Merci pour le voisinage.

My place mix modern and antique, with the stone wall and wood beams, it has been totally renovated. You will love the volume and the space, with the separate master bedroom offering multiple places for your closes and luggages, fully equipped kitchen and the table for 4 person. The sofa bed is very comfortable as well and a curtain keep the privacy from both level if you travel 2 couples.
