Ideally located ! Literally a 2 minute walking distance from the train station, 5 min to the lake and 10 min to the city center. This is a lovely modern studio situated in the Garden of a Private Property, a Historical Building built in the 18th century when Neuchâtel was still part of the Prussian Empire. The studio is fully independent from the House, and gives access to the Garden. Guests are welcome to have Breakfast or Relax in the Garden. We provide Breakfast for an extra fee upon request.

Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

Mit etwas Wetterglück scheint morgens die Sonne ins Schlafzimmer, nachmittags zum Gartenhaus/Liegestuhl und abends auf die Veranda.

Das Haus ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und bietet Platz für 9 Personen (Bei Bedarf können auch bis zu 11 Personen beherbergt werden) Eine geräumige Wohnküche und eine grosse Terrasse laden zum verweilen ein. Der Pizzaofen kann benutzt werden. Zusätzlich stehen ihnen 2 Stand Up Paddles zur Verfügung. Die Badewanne auf der Terrasse kann auf Wunsch mit Wasser gefüllt werden. Eine Feuerschale zum Grillieren stehet zur Verfügung. Mitbewohner sind 2 liebe Katzen.
