This is a self contained suite with keypad entry. There is a combo washer & dryer unit in the suite. We also rent our car on Turo! Enjoy a beauty peaceful vibe, tucked into nature, convenient & close to the action!

Explore Westsound in our Rental Ocean Kayaks and walking distances to Westsound marina and Kingfish Restaurant. Eclectic Barn/game room with pool table, foosball, darts, chess + more. Over 7 beautiful acres including fruit orchard, Organic gardens, forest, beach, tidelands to explore.

Byrd's Nest Guesthouse

Byrd’s Nest is a retreat nestled among the trees. This custom-built guesthouse was completed in June 2025. It spans 357 sq. ft. and features a studio layout with a kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by evergreen trees and approx. 30 feet from the main house, it offers a charming treehouse-like experience. The whole property is 6.6 acres at an elevation of over 200 ft. Views of Mount Baker, the North Cascade Mountain range, the Skagit Bay, and forest land can be seen from the guesthouse.

Furniture & mattresses by Restoration Hardware add warmth and comfort throughout. There is a small TV downstairs & high speed internet. Enjoy outdoor seating on the covered porch. Signed rental agreement required.

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & DT (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. (Ex: Toast, oatmeal etc) *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs
