Modern Cozy Getaways makes old homes have cool vibes! Completely remodeled and tastefully furnished St. Paul cottage with a modern, warm, and serene vibe. We’ve restored this side by side duplex and preserved many of the original features from the1920’s. Our inspiration was the muted tones and minimalist comfort of a Mojave dessert villa with vintage and modern wicker, rattan, bamboo and gold furniture, lighting, and fixtures. The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

Spacious 5,000 sq ft home on 13 peaceful acres with abundant wildlife and a quiet, private setting. Ideal for families and guests traveling to the area who want space to relax and unwind. Only registered guests listed on the reservation may be on the property. The home is not suitable for parties or open-invite gatherings. There are several popular wedding venues nearby including Courtyards of Andover, Bunker Hills Event Center, and White & Sable.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)

Feel free to bring your dog(s) and enjoy the afternoon sun in the West-facing, fully fenced backyard!
