El Atico is a lovely, light-filled loft - the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat, focused work time, or just relaxing at the end of a day out and about. It features cozy lounging and sleeping spaces, a bright bathroom with skylight, large work area with monitor, and a kitchenette stocked with locally roasted coffee, tea, and snacks. Easy, free parking right out front on a tree-lined residential street; close to downtown, U of M, Augsburg University, parks, restaurants, coffee, and more.

Easy 10-12 minute drive/ride share to Downtown which includes: US Bank Stadium, Target Center, Target Field, First Avenue, 7th St Entry, and Minneapolis Convention Center.

Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
