Enjoy your morning coffee on our porch overlooking the rolling hills and pasture fields. Horses do not live in the barn anymore, but in our pasture surrounding the barn. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

This warm quaint homestead located on the family farm is very private & cozy. It's unique surroundings let's you enjoy the "SIMPLE" things for your get away retreat.

Full functioning apartment with a full kitchen that comes with all utilities, living and bedroom and and washer and dryer, and WIFI. Setting right on the New River with access to the start of the New River Trail, storage is available for bike an kayaks. Full 50 ft wrap around deck to be able to see the New River Dam.
