This is a three bedroom house, it has a King bedroom, queen bedroom, a room with a set of bunk beds. It’s fully furnished. Fully furnished kitchen, outside charcoal grill, one bathroom with a shower, we have provided towels and the beds are already made. We just installed a nice outside shower,fully enclosed and very private. A spacious living room, t.v., high speed internet, plenty of parking space. We supply start up paper towel, toilet paper, shower gel, soap and trash bags, dish detergent.

Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

August Rose Cottage on the Pamlico Sound

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Coral Reef Cottage

We are excited to be offering our Coral Reef Cottage for the 2025 season. Located in the heart of the southern Outer Banks of Frisco. The home is completely set up for groups of 8, being kid friendly. Beach accesses are up and down highway 12 with 1 just 1 mile away. Hatteras lighthouse is one of the most popular sites to see just 5 miles away in Buxton and Ocracoke Island is a scenic ferry ride worth the trip. Tranquil Peaceful and Private

We live at the end of the road at the end of the earth. We are in one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is very quiet and very dark at night. You can see the stars because we don’t have Light pollution here. So if you like looking at the Milky Way this is the place to come. Walk our path to watch the sunset on the sound. This PRIVATE suite with private bath and laundry room is separate from our house with its own private entrance. We are very proud to share it with you.

Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast looking to experience waterfront living, OBX style! Just renovated, this bright and airy condo boasts beautiful views of the sunset over the Pamlico Sound. We are situated right next to a small private dock that offers a boat launch for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for fishermen, kiteboarders and all water sport fanatics!
