The Cozy Condo offers the privacy of a personal sanctuary and the amenities of a spa while providing all the comforts of home. After every guest I personally clean the home and make sure there are plenty of freshly washed towels and bedding. It's the perfect place to stay whether you're visiting friends, traveling for work or just passing through.

Fabulous swimming pool ($90/day if you choose to heat) hot tub (no charge), outdoor dining. Modern amenities such as cable TV, high speed WiFi. Located close to the quaint downtown Frisco area, Frisco Rail Yard and a close to the North Dallas Tollway. Short drive to many restaurants and grocery stores. Near Toyota Stadium. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
