Hemington Coach House is a light, airy, luxury space in the heart of Frome, Somerset. Architecturally designed and built in 2020 to complement its Georgian neighbour Hemington House and set entirely in it's own plot with parking and a walled garden, this townhouse sleeps 4. It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

The Timber Studio

A stunning new barn conversion a few minutes walk from the heart of historic Frome. The wonderful contemporary open plan space is thoughtfully furnished with modern conveniences to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is stylish. From the cosy woodburner to the designer furnishings and large shower room with underfloor heating every corner reflects a commitment to modern living. Outside there is a lovely private patio with table and chairs to the rear and parking for 1 car at the front.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The Little Barn has been transformed into a charming bolt hole, with stylish interiors. Hidden away down a country lane nestled between the world heritage city of Bath and the historic maritime and vibrant city of Bristol, you are spoilt for choice for things to do. Located within a securely gated private driveway in countryside surroundings with an al-fresco patio and private hot tub. This Self catered hideaway is steps away from the Bristol to Bath cycle path and beautiful walking routes

The Sewing Room Frome - Hosts Lisa and Jeremy

The house that Jeremy built.... and Lisa filled with sewing stuff! Designed and built by Jeremy as a wood workshop which was swiftly outgrown so it was remodelled as our home office with mezzanine floor, large ground floor window, insulation and heating. A second remodel took place summer 2022 to add a bathroom for guests to visit in this self contained versatile space with two double beds is suitable for a couple, 2 adults or family of 4 (older children). read on for more information-

The Den at Foxholes; a unique 1 bed guest-suite.

The Den at Foxholes has been carefully renovated to create a luxurious, unique and stylish self-contained guest-suite. The Den is full of character. It is a private part of Foxholes House which dates back to the early 1700s and was once part of the Longleat Estate (The Marquess of Baths’ crest remains on the wall in the main part of the house). The property benefits from a tasteful bedroom, en suite shower room, modern kitchen/lounge, and a private patio with outside dining area.

Luxury country retreat with its own garden and free off street parking right outside, away from the city bustle, yet quite close. Enjoy the stylish decor, comfy Super King bed, great shower room, L'Occitane toiletries, quality linen and a compact kitchen. The little barn is in a very quiet area and fully independent. There are 2 great village pubs / eating houses within walking distance. This is the perfect, comfortable and quiet base to discover Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge and more.

Lovely annexe: private bathroom, entrance & garden

A gorgeous and spacious double room annexe, with en suite bathroom, private entrance through french windows and facilities for simple cooking (microwave/toaster). A portion of the front garden, with table and chair, is entirely for guests' use. The room sits at the end of a detached period cottage, once an old weaver's cottage in the 17th century, overlooking the Longleat estate and thus beautiful views. There is free off-road parking and only a few miles to Frome or Warminster.
