Offering a 2 bedroom fully furnished, fully detached home once owned by Gord Downie of the Tragically Hip. This cottage has character! It is in the heart of downtown Kingston. A private and unique setting will surprise you as it is hidden from the eye behind the facade of Bagot street in the historic and affluent  Sydenham Ward. Set on 3.2 acres of riverside land, this cozy guest suite is a quiet place to slow down, explore nature, and enjoy rural Ontario. Wake up to birds, watch the river drift by, and relax under the stars. The suite is in the lower level of my home with a private entrance so guests can come and go freely. Inside you’ll find a comfortable space to relax after exploring the area.

Please note: Our place does not have an elevator and is located on the third floor. Guests will need to climb two flights of stairs to access the unit. This may be challenging for seniors or guests with limited mobility.

Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!
