Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families and friends. I have 3 double rooms that share a bathroom so can take up to 6. I also have a 4th bedroom with private shower room, (15% surcharge) so do let me know bedroom numbers, then I can send you the correct cost manually. If you are a single person, I will send you a cheaper offer as the visible price is set for 2 sharing a room. I do have a portable bed if 2 people don't want to share a bed, so let me know.

There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Bed size: Super King (small) 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm) A Continental style breakfast is available (not Sundays and bank holidays)

Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

A London getaway, in the heart of Kew Gardens, ideal for visiting the Royal Botanic Gardens or The National Archives, both of which are a 10 min walk from us. Alternatively, central London is only a 40 min Tube ride away. This private and independently accessed cabin offers visitors a snug oasis in the rear of our garden and we will be on site to welcome you, and to 'show you the ropes'.
