Our place is located on the second floor of an industrial building, well lit, safe and secure!

Kitchen has full size refrigerator, air fryer, flat griddle & toaster oven. The backyard has an amazing fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows, & just to sit around and enjoy with your family. This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of my home. It includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet and large living room. It is fully furnished and air conditioned. The windows are large providing lots of light and fresh air since they face both the east and west sides of the house. The apartment is in a Victorian house built in 1892 which I have been carefully restoring for several years. I live on the ground floor.

It's also a short drive to the Adirondack Park with excellent hiking trails, the Great Sacandaga Lake, and Caroga and Canada Lakes for boating, fishing, and swimming.
