Lovely Villa close to nature and Copenhagen

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful and spacefull Villa - 5 minutes to forrests, lakes and around 20 minutes (by car) from city of Copenhagen. Very suitable for family with small kids as there are trampolin, swings, slides and hammock in the beautiful Garden. At the lower floor there is an office/guest facilities and can be used as bedroom no 3. with a bed that can be single or double bed. Besides that, there is a double air mattress. Free wifi and free parking in front of the Villa

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Idyll on the lake near Copenhagen

Close to Copenhagen, near train station (25 minuts to central station), you can enjoy idyllic nature. There is direct access to Lake Birkerød, where you can take a trip in a cycle boat or enjoy the view from one of the two terraces. If it rains, you can relax with a book on the sofa or enjoy a good movie on Netflix. The house contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. Perfect for family or friends on a trip who appreciate a good view and quiet surroundings. No animals, thanks.

Vacation close to the Furesø lake and Copenhagen

Completely independent 1 bedroom annex with new bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The annex is placed on the same lot as the main house, but has separate entrance and is fully detached. 1 minute walk from Furesø lake. Access to private pier with free use of kayaks (2,5 persons + 1 person). Guests enjoy fishing or swimming here. The large nature preservation area, Vaserne, is 1 min away. Bird watching, biking, and hiking is very popular. Copenhagen downtown is 20 km from the house.

Centralt beliggende bolig med gratis parkering. Huset ligger i et roligt bolig kvarter tæt på København med offentlig transport eller bil. Et stille område med 400 m til supermarked og skoven, hvor der god er mulighed for vandre-, eller mountainbiketure. Huset er indrettet med 3 soveværelser - 4 sovepladser. Soveværelse 1 med dobbelt seng og de to andre soveværelser med enkelt seng. Der er fantastisk udsigt med solnedgang fra stue og spiseplads. Have og grill område stilles til rådighed.

Til huset hører der 2 kajakker og en stor kano som ligger i vandkanten.. skønne terrasser (den ene er med udendørs pejs) lækkert stort åbent køkken og hyggelig stue. 2 store soveværelser på 1. Sal og et stort soveværelse i kælder. Huset har to badeværelser og et gæstetoilet. Der er fem min. Kørsel til Farum Bytorv med mange butikker. Til København centrum er der ca. 20 min. I bil

Flot og velholdt anneks i naturskønne omgivelser

Velkommen til vores lille anneks fra 1812. Annekset er en fin bolig holdt i afslappet stil. Det ligger i flotte omgivelser lige op til skov og sø, og er perfekt som stille arbejdsplads eller som roligt gæstehus. Det er et ældre hus, der rummer alt hvad I skal bruge. Dejlig dobbeltseng i soveværelset, fuldt udstyret køkken. I stuen er der en dejlig stor hjørnesofa og pejs. Stuen ligger op ad et beboet værelse, som ikke er en del af udlejningen.

Familiehus i unik natur med solnedgangsterrasse

Bo midt i naturen i vores dejlige, funktionelle og familievenlige hjem på en nedlagt flyveplads. Her kan du vågne op til fuglesang og solopgang og nyde en uspoleret solnedgang på den vestvendte terrasse, hvor der er plads til legende børn. Med landingsbanen lige uden for døren og kort afstand til Søndersø er området perfekt til al sport på hjul og dejlige gå- eller løbeture.
