Stor villa på 220 m2, i landlige omgivelser, og samtidig tæt på København (20km). Huset ligger i skønt naturområde med rig mulighed for udendørsaktiviteter. I finder badesø indenfor gåafstand, skov, gårdbutik med plukselv bær og den gamle Værløse Flyvestation, hvor man kan cykle, stå på rulleski, rulleskøjter, bruge skatepark mm. Huset har en hyggelig ugenert træterrasse og have m. trampolin, fodboldmål, basket, legehus og gasgrill. Der er 300m. til indkøb og off. transport stopper foran døren.

My home is a big charming apartment with separate garden and terrace. It can suit 6 adults and spare madresses is possibly. There are one bed only suitable for a small kid. The train station is only a two minutes walking distance away, with train departing for Copenhagen every 10 min. An 30 min train ride will take you to Norreport st. the centralnerve of Copenhagen. The apartment is spacious and have all modern accomities. There is a private garden with kids outdoor activity toys.

The house is situated with access to woodlands, lakes and open green areas just across the street and you can reach a public bathing lake by foot or within 5 min. by car.

The home is furnished with an entrance hall, kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen-living room has good natural light with 4 large windows, as well as a newly refurbished kitchen. The bedroom contains a 140x200 cm tempur bed and plenty of wardrobe storage.

Sofa in the livingroom can be used as a fourth bed. A beautiful living room with a big kitchen. The place is very peaceful, close to lakes, fields with cows and horses and forrest. A huge golfcourt for beautiful walks is near by. The house and garden is yours alone. The house has some patina. I welcome you!

Foran huset er privat carport med egen parkering . Privat baghave lige ned til sø og grønt område.

Spend your days exploring Copenhagen and Northern Zealand or kick back in the huge, lush garden where the children can play on the trampoline, the 4 m tall swing, catch frogs and bugs by the lake or roam around in your own forest.
