Guests will find a comfortable queen size bed w/(medium) memory foam mattress, full bathroom, closet, & complete kitchen amenities. Located less than a mile from restaurants, bars, m-league ball park & shops of Downtown Spartanburg, and close to Converse Univ., VCOM & Wofford College, this cozy studio cottage is the perfect place to rest your head after a busy day visiting the Upstate.

We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City, 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour more or less to many mountains, waterfalls and outdoor activities! Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

Looking for a new adventure? Come stay on our working farm. Learn about dairy sheep, raising chickens and gardening, or just relax and listen to the water rushing on the creek trail. The apartment is located in the front of the property. This property overlooks a small pasture and surrounded by woods with several small creeks and trails. More pasture is in the rear of property. Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.
