Located near the I-75, 5 minutes away from the Oaks mall, 10 minutes away from the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, the University of Florida campus and UF Health Shands Hospital.

Monterey Valley Place

Relax in the cozy private suite located in the oak shaded Monterey and Valley neighborhood of Northwest Gainesville. The university campus is only a few miles. 5 miles to downtown, 3 miles to Shands, 6 miles to Gainesville Airport. Newly renovated with a private bathroom and huge step in shower. The kitchen boasts a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and kitchen sink with full dinner ware and extra cabinet space. 50" smart tv to log in to your favorite platform.

This studio apartment located within a large subdivided home comes equipped with a queen bed and a full-size futon. You’ll enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with its oversized tile shower and bamboo floors. The kitchenette is supplied with cooking essentials. The entry foyer is shared with other guests, but the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are all yours. Up the stairs and to the left is your suite, Studio Papa, and to the right is the Blue Room. NO SMOKING inside.

This suite is just over one mile from the University of Florida campus as well as Downtown. Shands and the VA hospitals are approximately 2 miles away. The unit has just been completely refurbished and offers a private bedroom, bathroom, guest entrance, A/C and parking. The unit is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is within easy access to local grocery stores, pharmacies and other amenities.

Private Garden Studio

Your safety and comfort, privacy and peace of mind are my top priorities as your host. This studio space has a private entrance from the side of the garage. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.

Charming in-law suite in a quiet neighborhood that's only 3 miles to UF campus, 2 miles to downtown area and only a 10 minute drive to the airport. The in-law suite has it own private entrance and free parking. Washer and dryer machines available to use.
