Giasemi apartment

Giasemi house is set behind the museum in Gaios, just few steps up the sea side road, at a distance of 100m from the Central Square, and 150m from the first pebble beach called “Giannas”. Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island. There is also an out sitting area with bbq ,surrounded by jasmines, gardenias, and other beautiful flowers.

Villa Mevis-Ostria

Villa Mevis is located in the center of the island, at close proximity to the village Magazia. Due to its central location, it offers quick and easy access to all points of interest (beaches, villages, attractions). Situated at one of the highest spots of the island, villa Mevis also offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Lakka Bay. Surrounded by a reach rural scenery of olive groves and traditional masonry, it is the ideal destination to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed vacation.

Kick back and relax in this calm space, surrounding by olive trees. The property is located in the middle of the island , Platanos village, with easy access to all 3 harbours. It is only only 1 kilometer away from one of the most popular beaches of the island, Kaki Lagkada. Tavernas and grocery shop are less than 5 minutes walking distance from the house. 2025 addition: Brand new kitchen and dining room added. This is a seperate area next to the room, with a separate entrance.

Το N e r a d u House είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό ισόγειο πέτρινο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Φαναριωτατικα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Fereniki's place

Fereniki's place is a lovely ground floor apartment situated in Gaios, the centre of Paxos; it welcomes couples, solo travellers, friends or families with or without pets from all over the world. It is located 500 meters from the centre of Gaios (about 8-10minutes uphill walk/ 1minute by car) & around 1,5 km from the main port (15-20minutes uphill walk/ 3minutes by car).

Ο ταξιδιώτης θα απολεύσει τις διακοπές του σε αυτό το ευρίχωρο διαμέρισμα το οποίο βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό του Γαίου και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την προβλήτα που φεύγουν τα καραβάκια για το νησί των Αντιπάξων ,καφέ εστιατόρια, φούρνο,super market αλλά και μπαράκια για χαλαρό ποτάκι.Δεν έχει φασαρία και το πρωί από το παράθυρο θα απολαύσετε την ανατολή του ηλίου.

Το Paxos Sohoro είναι ένα μικρό, αλλά πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα στην περιοχή Οζιάς. Απέχει 1km από τον Γάιο, την πρωτεύουσα των Παξών. Ξεχωρίζει για τον όμορφο και κατάφυτο κήπο του, ο οποίος θα σας προσφέρει υπέροχες και ξέγνοιαστες στιγμές.
