Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. This apartment is located less than 10 minutes to famous Zrce beach and 20 minutes walk to centar of Novalja. Within short walking distance are beautiful beaches, restaurants and night clubs. Public transport is available and cheap, and bus station is less than 10 min away. The apartment is extremly comfortable with lot of sunlight and with great view. Dining on terrace gives you calm and relaxing moments. You will love this place.

Apartments Silver (Gajac). We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km).
