Tastefully furnished studio apartment right on Itea's promenade with a large south-facing balcony, which invited you to relax and enjoy the marvelous view over the Mediterranean sea. Just a few steps from your porch, a cute shingle beach offers superb water quality, free umbrellas and public showers. Shops, banks and some of the town's best tavernas are within walking distance. The bus station (20 min to Delphi's UNESCO World Heritage and 3.5 hours to Athens) is also just a short stroll away.

Ianos Maisonette - Beach Stone House

Ianos Maisonette is located in a serene seaside village and provides a stunning sea view. This 1880s stone house has been renovated to perfection, giving it a feel both modern and classic. With its thick stone walls (80cm), spacious inside area (142m²), and 3 large front and rear yards, it provides the perfect atmosphere to relax and take in the local scenery. It is in a prime location, within walking distance of a variety of local tavernas, and just steps away from an almost exclusive beach

This is a traditional renovated property, 5 minutes walk from the center of Arachova with a wonderful terrace which overlooks the mountains of the area. A spacious 120 square meters house equipped with all comforts, including a large kitchen fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and a spacious living room with another 2 single sofas for 2 more people. Moreover, we provide a private parking space, as it is difficult to find a parking space in the narrow streets of our village.

The apartment is 20 minutes drive from Delphi, where there is the famous oracle and 2 minutes from the center of Antikira city. The sea and the beautiful beaches are less than 100 meters from the apartment.

The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Spacious and autonomous, ideal for friends or a family. Enjoy the warm and comfortable atmosphere of natural stone walls and wooden floors! Amazing view of olive groves. Arahova restaurants and bars in walking distance. 15 min from ancient Delfi. The fire place is located within the Breakfast Lounge. Breakfast Lounge with fire place is not a part of the listing and is only available from 08:00-10:00 am. After that the Breakfast Lounge and fireplace is not accessible.

Maria's Happy Place

Our house is newly built but in the traditional neoclassical style of Galaxidi. Galaxidi is one of the most beautifully preserved towns of Greece and a well kept secret because it is not "touristy" so you get a good feel of Greece.The house is quite big, 115 sqm. It has a very warm atmosphere, with wooden floors, windows and balconies and lots of light! It is equipped for all seasons and has many extras to make your stay comfortable and happy!

Συνδυάζει την ομορφιά, την ηρεμία και την ασφάλεια μιας ιδιωτικής παραλίας χωρίς κίνηση και αυτοκίνητα ενώ παράλληλα οι λάτρεις της νυχτερινής ζωής μπορούν να την απολαύσουν στα γύρω μέρη- στην Ακράτα, στο Δερβένι ή τον Πλάτανο. Ο χώρος μου είναι ιδανικός για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες με παιδιά και παρέες φίλων.
