Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

You don't have to pack anything iron provided, shampoo soap hair dryer etc. Security cameras on site. Near Merry Family Winery, Bob Evans Farm, Hardee's Love truck stop, Rio Grande college. Holzer Hospital. We have several other restaurants non chain, museums in our area. A list of things to do will be in the cottage or feel free to ask Tim or Bev.

We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Peace and quite awaits you at Farver Acres. Opening November 2024, these new cabins feature wrap around decks, large gas grill, outdoor gas fire pit on deck and deck furniture. On the inside you'll find radiant floor heating, individual room controlled air conditioning, a full kitchen featuring hickory cabinets, granite countertops including a dishwasher. You will also find two king size beds in private bedrooms, a sleeper loveseat, full size bathroom and a full size washer and dryer!

Welcome to our brand new river front cottage “Kanauga Landing”! This 2 bedroom cottage offers an excellent place to unplug and relax on the Ohio river here in Kanauga/ Gallopolis Ohio area. There are festivals and events during the whole year like the Point Pleasant river regatta and the Bob Evans farm festival the Mothman fest and river boat tours https://bbriverboats.com This cottage offers a front row seat for the fireworks over the river 4th of July and Labor Day weekend.

The cabin sets on 20 private acres for an additional fee that is available to be hunted and is located minutes away from 11,000 acres of public hunting and fishing(Crown City Wildlife Area)! Whatever your trip we will help make your stay memorable! Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED! NO ACCEPTIONS! If a pet is brought to the residence I will charge extra fees and ask you to remove the pet.
