Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

The inside of the house is cozy and remodeled in January of 2021! The kitchen, bath, and living room were completely redone. A washer and dryer was added to the house along with 2 sets of bunk beds. Completely renovated historical 1921 bungalow walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This bungalow is 4 houses down from the seawall. This home is spectacular! The home is 890 square feet but, feels so much bigger & includes a 1 car garage, deck, outdoor shower and cowboy pool!

Until there is time-travel, staying in the 1847 Powhatan House may be the next best thing. This is the 3rd oldest house in Galveston and has an amazing, almost unbelievable history. This beautiful Greek Revival style home is located 3 blocks from the beach and close to the Strand. The story of the house is told in a brief documentary on YouTube entitled “The Amazing History of Galveston's 1847 Powhatan House.”
