The Photographer’s House

My house is a small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow streets, there are no vehicles allowed. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean Sea, away from the crowded and noisy port of Livadi.

A traditional renovated luxurious apartment right on the sea wave... Grandpa's old workshop is ready to host anyone who wants to enjoy their privacy and relaxation on the almost private beach offered by the accommodation. A luxurious accommodation of 35-40 sqm (approximately 377-430 sq ft) with all modern amenities. It consists of 1 kitchen, 1 room with a double bed, and a WC. It is fully equipped with all comforts in a retro-vintage style to remind us of the romantic era of the past.

Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
