Beautiful ocean front property in an iconic beach town along South Africa's famous garden route. Daily views of dolphins from patio, and whales in season. Short boardwalk access to a blue flag beach. Within the pristine Keurbooms Nature Reserve, a short 8km from the tourist towns of Plett and The Crags. This seperate downstairs unit is part of a double story house. It has its own livingroom, kitchenette and braai patio, and a separate garden entrance Set back 70m from the Keurbooms River lagoon, a 5 minute walk along the lagoon edge to the ocean/beach, famous for beautiful Pansy shells and the pristine Keurbooms River Sea Bird Reserve. (This beach is NOT safe for swimming)
