This spacious apartment offers everything - a stylish space, spectacular views, fast wifi, daily housekeeping, secure garage parking, Netflix, access to a gym and pool. 24/7 front desk and security means to accommodate late check ins. Apartment offers; Air-conditioning/hearting, free and fast wifi, cable TV, free access to swimming pool and gym on 4th floor, free underground parking and 24hr security and front desk. Suitable for two or three people, the apartment has recently been renovated and has beautiful finishes. The bathroom has both a hot tub and shower, toiletries are provided together with plenty of good quality towels and a hairdryer. The king sized bed is dressed in quality linen and offers a comfortable nights rest. Extensive wardrobe space for unpacking. This is the perfect choice for your holiday or business stay. 24hr check in. Key and garage remote to be collected from front desk secure underground parking free access to indoor pool and gym On the day of your arrival the keys will be ready for you to collect anytime from 2pm onwards. Keys will be left in the post box 1101 at reception desk. On the bunch of keys is a garage remote. The entrance to underground garage is on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building - first set of black roller doors - drive up ramp and slightly to the right is parking bay C2. Please only park in this bay. Located in the city centre, this is a vibrant area and the ideal place to base yourself to explore Cape Town's major attractions! The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, CTICC, and Museums are all a short drive away. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. My City bus terminal and taxi rank right outside Cartwright building. I like to meet my guests if this is at all possible. I live in the same building (a few floors up) but if you are unsure of your arrival time the keys to the apartment can be found in the post box 1101 located at the reception desk. Upon arrival ask them to get them from the box for you. If you have a car secure and designated parking can be reached by entering the underground parking garage on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building. Enter at the first set of black roller doors-drive up ramp and bay C2 is slightly to the right. Also on the bunch of keys is a white credit card. Scan this in the elevator to reach the 11th floor. Go for a refreshing dip in a turquoise pool and relax in the garden under lush greenery. The tropical feel continues inside with hanging plants, original art, and casual furniture. This bright, breezy apartment is well ventilated and serviced daily. The space was purpose designed for Guests with simplicity and comfort in mind. The interior style is unique in that it combines Scandinavian and Dutch design influences with unique South African design products and furniture. The space is uncluttered yet personable and homely with creative interior and design touches throughout. Exceptionally spacious, the apartment is ideal for longer stay guest and people with families or babies. The garden and grounds are at full disposal of guests and the tranquil setting against the backdrop of Table mountain makes this a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis by a dedicated housekeeper who's responsibility it is to look after our guests. Guests have full access to the garden apartment on garden level, the pool and braai facilities. Laundry facilities are at an additional cost and do not have direct guest access. The housekeeper can arrange for washing, ironing or dry cleaning at an additional cost. Guests are welcomed and checked-in personally by myself or the Housekeeper, Fiona. I usually try to make contact at least once during the guests stay, but otherwise we give the guests their space and privacy until they need us. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis, so the guests will have daily interaction with the housekeeper to attend to any needs. I will be on standby if the guests require my advice, help or assistance. Oranjezicht, on the slopes of Table Mountain, is the oldest most historic neighbourhood of Cape Town. It boasts spectacular views of the mountain and ocean. Nature is literally on the doorstep. The apartment is also close to the city centre. The MyCity bus system is Cape Town's main form public transport in and around the city. There is a MyCity busstop 100 meters from the house. The Uber Taxi service is also very efficient, affordable and easy to use. Many tourist sites or attractions in the City are within walking distance of the property. The property is on 2 levels. The apartment and garden is on the "downstairs" level of the property and the garden and pool area is shared space on that level. There is a 3 bedroom house on the top level, also rented to guests at certain times of the year.

Perched on the Tamboerskloof hills overlooking the City Bowl, this humble, beautifully textured and colorful home offers a cool, tranquil escape from the bustle of the town below. Stepping under the huge lemon tree, past the little sun-drenched plunge pool and through the antique studded door, you'll feel as if you were just plucked from a Moroccan seaside village, complete with mosaic tiles, woven ceiling mats and raw stone walls. Both bedrooms and the entire living and kitchen space open separately through big doors to the outside areas, cooled by the shade of the trees. Here's your oasis!!! Guests have full access to the home. I live nearby and am always available should you need anything. This home is in a hip neighbourhood on the side of Signal Hill. Round the corner is one of the city's oldest delis, currently called The Blue Café. Stroll downhill to quickly reach a cluster of restaurants, bars, delis, and shopping centres. Uber is hands-down the easiest and cheapest way to get around. The home itself is quite far up a steep hill, so walking from the bus stop (especially with your shopping) can be testing. If you do have your own car, there’s space for a normal-sized car inside the garage area. Garbage collection - the truck comes to collect every Thursday. I’d ask that guests please roll the big bin out onto the street before 8am in the morning. Please do not put the bin out the night before.

Our studio flat is at the foot of Table Mountain close to hiking trails, 8km to the nearest beach and 4km from the City Centre. It is open plan, has a queen bed (182cm*152cm), a well-equipped kitchen, private garden with a barbecue, a private entrance, secure off-street parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and an alarm system. Guests may share our solar-heated swimming pool. (It currently has some peeling in the lining. It will be repaired over winter but is still clean and refreshing).
