Kokopelli's Retro Retreat

Enjoy the charm of this 50's red brick home situated in walking distance of the movie theatre, restaurants and shopping. This rustic red brick home is family-owned and can sleep up to 7 people. A fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, a playroom and 1 bath with shower and tub will be yours to enjoy. The spacious, fenced backyard includes a swing set, basketball standard and outdoor games, making it perfect for family fun. Pets are allowed with a $50 fee.

40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Little Desert Escapes

Relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing in our newly renovated house. Located on the quiet street of Griffin Lane. Our central air will keep you cool and comfortable while you cook dinner in our fully furnished kitchen or you may use the BBQ on the back patio. After dinner you can hang out around the fire pit in the backyard roasting marshmallows, play one of many board games available, or just chill and watch TV in the living room or one of our comfortable bedrooms.

Southwest Retreat

The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Our goal is to create a feeling of yesteryear and invoke feelings of simpler times. The house is located in the heart of Panguitch, about a 2-minute walk to all the shops on Main Street. Zion National Park is a 1-hour drive to its less crowded east-side entrance. Bryce Canyon is a 30-minutes away.
