The freezer in the garage under the stairwell is only for the convenience of those occupying the efficiency apartment. All other games, table tennis, chairs etc., in the garage, are to be shared. The upper balcony and hot-tub can be shared with those occupying the upper level. Respecting each group's privacy is expected.
