The studio is located on street level, which does bring some city noise, if you are sensitive to street sounds, please bring earplugs. Walk 12 minutes to grab brunch in the heart of Fremont, grab a drink 10 minutes away on 45th Ave in Wallingford, and the Space Needle is an easy 7 minute Uber ride.
