Only a short walk to downtown's restaurants and shopping along with a little exercise around the corner at our pickle ball/tennis courts & Davis Park. Enter 6 acre property through gated entrance, across creek bridge, to guest house, enjoy amenities from internet with wifi, Tesla EV charger, front patio area with seating & grill, covered gazebo area with seating, fire pit & tv over looking small creek, pet friendly fenced in area, the inside of guest house is warm and inviting with 12' tall living room area ceiling with lots of windows for that open feeling, full kitchen area, stackable washer and dryer, 2 individual bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Kitschy Cottage between Belmont & Mt Holly

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

Tiny Guest House By Fishing Pond

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

This One-story home is in a Quiet, Cozy neighborhood that is in between the two beautiful towns of Historic Downtown Belmont and Downtown Mt. Holly which are both 5 miles away. It's just a short 20 Min. drive from all that the CLT area has to offer: Spectrum Center, B of A Stadium, Truist Field and more!!
