Beautiful ground floor Annexe attached to main house but with own separate entrance. Just under 2 miles from the historic city of York with its many shops and vibrant pubs/restaurants. Guests have for their sole use annexe attached to the main house consisting of:- separate bedroom with Kingsize bed, shower room/toilet, well equipped kitchenette/lounge with TV & leather sofa, outdoor space with table/chairs. Good bus route to the Centre and the Station. Suitable for couples/solo guests.

The Old Potting Shed - 2 bed cottage with hot tub

A bright and spacious holiday cottage, set in a peaceful hamlet with stunning Yorkshire Wolds views. York and Pocklington are nearby, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area. A futon in Bedroom 2 is available for groups of 5. Relax in the enclosed garden with a hot tub, perfect for enjoying nature at sunrise. With countryside on your doorstep and a village pub nearby, this tranquil retreat offers comfort and rural charm. Please note: only one infant per booking

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

York Poetree House, tiny treehouse home for one

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. Self cater, arrange meals provided by your host (a professional chef), or try one of the many eateries in town. Shops nearby. Your own private bathroom is situated a few yards away in the main house. The cottage stands in the grounds of the country house & benefits from beautiful views in a peaceful village location, ideally located for Malton, York & surrounding areas. It sleeps up to 6 humans (2 bedrooms, with a sofabed in the living area), this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience. To the side is Jenson Cottage that can sleep upto 5 human beings.
