Farnley Tower Guesthouse is a prominent Victorian mansion with Restaurant and Bar onsite. Sited in an elevated position, provides stunning views over Durham Castle, Cathedral and surrounding Countryside. Oak beams, sandstone walls and cast-iron staircase are key features in the attic with a Double Deluxe bedroom room named Tower Shower Room with its own Private separate bathroom, called the Tower Shower Bathroom and is located opposite the Bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with 32-inch smart TV, Hairdryer,Kitchenette including microwave, mini fridge, complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, plates, cutlery and bathroom providing towels and toiletries. The bedroom has a Double bed, Desk, Mirror, Chair, Bedside Tables, Chest of Drawers, Freestanding Clothes Hanger and Central Heating. Maximum occupancy is 2.

We are near an abundance of local amenities, including the Hartlepool Maritime Experience, and a choice of restaurants. We offer one or two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles. We only take one booking at any time. I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. However it can be bright early on summer mornings. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Many birds and mammals can be seen

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Park View Jesmond (en-suite).

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.

Fully furnished rooms available in a homely house in a cosy area. The house itself is very spacious and accommodating with large spaces of rooms, ready for you to stay! This selected room is the largest room in the house. It is located in a quiet street, directly a corner away from Newcastle's West Road which is in the centre of amenities; shops, stores, restaurants, dessert parlours, ATM machines, petrol stations (see map for more). (Long term stays can have huge discounts, so message!)

Close by are shops and restaurants.
