An historic Georgian building that’s previously been cloisters, school playground & motor house for the nuns of St Anne’s Convent, now reborn as a bespoke luxury mews house in the heart of the city in Summerhill Square. The house is on 1 level & is around 800 sq ft comprising of an open plan living room/ kitchen and dining area; a laundry room; a large bedroom with super king size bed; a shower room and a private courtyard with table and chairs.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

The Oaks is attached to our home. It has its own private entrance from the outside and internal doors are locked. It is an ensuite room set out like a hotel room. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR FAMILY HOME AND IS NOT SUITED FOR A ROMANTIC/ PASSIONATE NIGHT AWAY BUT FOR GUESTS WANTING A PEACEFUL GETAWAY.. Wooden stairs lead up to this first floor bedroom that has its own decked area with outside furniture to enjoy the fantastic views.
