Windows are equipped with double glazing. In order to respect the neighbors it is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is forbidden in the interior, but you are able to smoke on the balcony if you wish.
The apartment is on the third floor and can be accessed by taking the elevator or the stairs. You have access to all rooms and equipment of the house.
