Come to relax and see our lovely farm, visit nearby Amish country, state parks, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country we offer. We are 45 minutes from Cleveland’s museums and events. There are 10 amazing restaurants in walking distance, a grocery store, And the community park With playground, Volleyball, and baseball fields. The apartment is fully furnished. There are sleeping arrangements for 6 people. The apartment is kept clean and sanitary to a very strict standard. The apartment is even located above a shop that sells Gelato and Beef jerky!! 🍨

Glampers enjoy Solar power, gas stove, frig/freezer, Privy, outdoor hot shower and sink, and safe drinking water at pump. Catch and release fishing with your own gear. Bring life jackets to enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, swimming. Firewood on site, 20 minutes from Route 90, Buckeye Trail, Geauga and Lake County Parks, Lake Erie Beaches, wineries, Amish country, and historic Chardon Square.

Walk to Punderson State Park and nearby beaches, or head down the hill for catch-and-release fishing, kayaking, and eagle watching. Kayaks and bikes may be available—just ask (use at your own risk).

The apartment is above a detached garage. Long term lease is available for a discounted rate. The apartment is located on a busy street (“busy” for a small town) you will hear cars and motorcycles drive by. Please take this into consideration when booking.

Davis Ranch 5 Bedrooms Sleeps 10 & 3 1/2 baths

Overlooking Davis Lake, beautiful sunrises & 8 Acres. Will rent to 2 - 10 people on any given night. Guests will have the entire home as Host does not book more than one guest. No 1 Night stays please. Children under 2 there is no charge. Dogs no charge. I believe in making your stay a very memorable occasion. Please read the reviews that really tell the Ranch Story. In this Century Home you will have Three Full Baths and One 1/2 bath.
